Fashion(less)ista

A follow up to the shoe post...

For winter I love skirts...plaid, tweed, tartan...all wool if possible.  Most of them are just below the knee to mid-calf.  But I have a long one I wear when I go to the Mennonites.

All these were a few dollars at the op shops...

For my base layer, I wear black merino thermals (tops and leggings), thick black Explorer socks...and my duckfeet...

this is my latest op shop skirt

And over my thermal top I either wear a wool (preferably) vest, jumper or cardigan.

easy peasy!

  1. I like it! Layering is always smart. (and the older I get, the more I realize it.)

  2. Layering is perfect in the winter but it works to keep you cool in the summer months also :-)
